The owner, Mr [redacted] ***, did plumbing work which I paid $checkSo I hired him to repair and replace some kitchen cabinets, dining &living room floorI used my insurance company and gave authorization for Mr [redacted] to correspond directly with themMr ***'s estimate was too high but he agreed to do the work according to my insurance estimateI personally gave Mr [redacted] an additional $4,and final payment would be paid from the insurance company when work was completedMr [redacted] asked me to use the store he had an account with so I picked all the products I desired, but he didnt show up at the storeHe said he ordered materialsMr [redacted] and I were in constant contact but soon after I gave him the final checks I received from the insurance company, I then had to constantly request a response to determine when work was to beginWhen he finally responded, he asked for a scope of insurance but didn't explain what that was and then got upset when I questioned his integrity
