I recently purchased a refurbished computer through CNB Computers Inc. The product was purchased through the [redacted] Marketplace so I actually believed that I purchased it from [redacted]. The laptop came and it was not functioning. It would not connect to Wi-fi. I waited to take it in as I lived an hour away from the next [redacted]. When I did take it in they looked up the receipt number and informed me that it was purchased through CNB Computers and they couldn't do anything about it. So I went home and contacted CNB Computers. They sent me a very cold reply saying that I broke my warrant by taking it to another repair place and they wouldn't refund. No "sorry, we sent you a bad item." Nothing. [redacted]
