This business was spoken of very highly, BUT I did not receive common customer friendlinessToday I had an apptto get an estimate between 12n-4pmno one calledno one to my knowledge came byso I called the company and was told that someone(the boss) did a drive by and decided that this was "not a job for us", not a job to do this seasonThe boss would not talk to me over the phone, he was "TOO busy"How rude!!!!!!!!!!!!! They did not say why? They were not even going to tell me that they came by, no call( I was in the neighborhood), no knock on the door!!!, Was my chimney problem not worthy?????? How RUDE!!!!

We bought a wood burning fire place insert several years ago. We have been very satisfied with the service and cleaning every year. No mess has ever been left and the sweeps are very friendly and professional. We have had a recurring problem with broken glass on our Avalon stove, but we are expecting a satisfactory fix to the problem.
