We received a call on Friday June 19th 2015 from Mrs [redacted] indicating that brick had fallen from her home. We went to the property that day and were told that the failure occurred approximately 10am that day. After inspection we do concur...

that the brick subcontractors did not use enough brick ties. Even though the warranty has expired we believe the right thing for our company to do is fix the problem. I spoke with one of the owners [redacted] and told him that we would replace the brick. We secured the site that day, removed all the brick from the site and plan to replace brick on garage wall and gable.
