[redacted] and Rick [redacted] Invoiced [redacted] ( [redacted] in turn invoiced me April 9th, I wrote [redacted] a check for that invoice Apr 10, 2015, "Cashed Check-Septic and Garage Doors.PDF" and [redacted] cashed it Apr 22, (see the time code on the back of the check When I got legal notice from [redacted] for non payment I asked [redacted] what was going on He sent a text Jul saying he would pay [redacted] in two weeks Sometime later when I called [redacted] to adjust their non functioning doors I found out [redacted] hadn't paid them either
