Review: I am receiving multiple phone calls a day from this company, which upon my answer, are a recording of a woman stating that she has received a formal complaint received a formal complaint from a local merchant on a returned item that is linked to my name and driver's license number, instructing me to call the telephone number ###-###-####. I am not aware of any debt I have with them or their affiliates, and under my rights, I have requested that they lawfully validate this debt by mail only to my above-referenced address. I have been requesting this for the last month with no change.Desired Settlement: I have requested that they immediately cease their attempts in contacting me, as well as people associated with locating me, by telephone, as their calls are a nuisance and considered harassment. Please forward this formal Cease and Desist on my behalf, as I am unable to gain resolution with the company directly.
