CMC Studios supplied and installed new flooring during a renovation When the Ram board was removed it was discovered that many of the vinyl tiles were flawed (March 2015)I waited months before they took initial action to replace the tile and by then the dye lot had changedDespite acknowledging the situation and assuring me that the manufacturer and CMC Studios would reimburse they did nothing but use stalling tactics and for the most part ignored meAs for the installation despite a few trips to my home many of the tiles are still coming up I paid $*, [redacted] for this floor!
