This email is in response to Revdex.com Complaint ID: *** (***). I am the venue director for CMAC in *** New York. I spoke with complainant, *** ***, shortly after receiving the complaint. I have resolved the complaint with Mr ***, above and beyond his
satisfaction. I am assisting Mr *** with complimentary tickets to our upcoming *** *** show. Mr*** has my cell number and will be contacting me directly on show day as he will being offered numerous upgrades at the venue. In regards to the complaint, I would ask the Revdex.com to take into consideration on July 23rd we suffered torrential downpours and had tornado warnings just prior to the doors opening for the *** *** concert. We had to reconfigure parking at the venue and this was a factor with Mr***’s complaint. I am not trying to invalidate the complaint but request Revdex.com to take this into consideration as we take all complaints seriously and make every effort to maintain the CMAC experience and reputation. I will guarantee that Mr***’s *** *** experience will be a memorable one!
