The "lifetime finish" on the commercial grade wrought iron fence and gates began deteriorating w/i months of install(work start MAY; finish AUG'15)
I have a voice message from MrMike Thrasher on September 29, stating the fencing and the gates were under warranty and they would be responsible for replacing the fencing/gates-all but the postsAfter several calls, fencing was installed on Jan 26'with gates to be done w/i a week or soToday's date is March 10,2017, with no further calls/workI even showed good faith in this company by ordering an additional gate to be installed, which would be cause my sanity to be questioned at this pointI just want a good product - worthy of the thousands of dollars paid to a reputable (?) company
