The check was deliveredI immediately went to the bank to cash it, only to find out that there were insufficient funds and was advised by the bank to request a cashier’s check from the companyWhen I returned from the bank I sent another email to CM Solar Electric requesting a cashier’s check and instead they resolved the insufficient funds at their bank and told me I should return to the bank today and cash the check.? I have since done so and the refund portion of this complaint is resolved.? Again, as far as the other issues encountered from July through today, I have ample documentation to support every statement I have made regarding doing business with CM Solar Electric and I firmly stand by them.? I have told Mr [redacted] that I was going to get this refund twice not several times, we mailed him one check that never got to him once we knew of this I told MR [redacted] that I would bring a check by on 12/2/2015, witch I did not have time to do so on this date, I send him an email stating that I would give him this check on 12/3/this is only happened on this ocation, there has not been several broken promises only on 12/2/I think that Mr [redacted] is taking this out of content and making a problem where there is not one, I intent to come by o n 12/3/and drop of the check as I promised, this complaint is out of reason and I would really overstate that Mr [redacted] withdraw this complaint as I have not broken several promises only one time

We'd been hesitant to go solar because our low energy bills didnt quite justify the costLuckily I came across Manny and his team at a trade showThey briefly explained the benefits and introduced us to their finance partners @ygreneI was going to ise my neighbors installers, but CM was able to produce a very cost effective solutionWe're getting panles installed on our business next month!
They took a little longer than expected, but that's because SDGE took longer to process my service panel upgrade
Overall, I highly recommend this team
