On behave of Club Soda we would like to apologize to the guest that was charged over **
over what he had signed for on his charge slipThe situation was an accident made by our server when they were entering a tip into the systemHow this accident can occur is by having two separate charge slips that have the exact same balanceWhen our server entered the tips into our system he mixed up guest "A"s tip with guest "B"s tipIt was not intentional and our staff has never had an issue with adding an additional amount other than what our guests sign forThe three different occasions that the guest called he talked to a manager and the accidental extra charges was explained to the guest on the second callThe reason the guest was not credited in a timely manner was a misunderstanding between the two managers he had talked toOne manager thought the other manager took care of the guests reimbursementClub Soda has successfully credited the guests account on 8/23/and his bank records should reflect that credit within five business daysOnce again we apologize to the guest for this situation happening and his reimbursement taking longer than anticipatedWe invite the guest to please come back and enjoy Club Soda in the future
