Dear Revdex.com,I would like to start by saying Club Protector Inchas been in business since and this is the first time we've ever had the Revdex.com contacting us I'm sorry that this is taking up your time and I do appreciate your cooperation.Doug Lunger did purchase a Club Protector Elite for $ plus shipping The shipping cost was $ For some reason, I'm not quite sure why but he received it at a much lower cost than he should've He should've paid $plus shipping That's the advertised cost on our website He also ordered it in a custom striped fabric which is made to order and non returnable I'm sure he was told this on the phone.During the several phone calls and emails with [redacted] , I can tell he was upset so I agreed to exchange the unit completely for a brand new one With all returns, there was supposed to be a note in the box telling why it's being returned There was no note I told [redacted] on the phone that the scuff guard should align with the swing lock before locking the unit in place This is done simply by holding it in place while retracting it into the housing This takes little or no effort Once its locked the scuff guard will not shift After receiving the product back and seeing a hole in the fabric, I knew he was not locking it properly After ordering the same custom striped fabric and making another new cover, we installed a stainless steel fastener to hold the scuff guard in place while it's being locked This is one fastener of about a dozen that is required to assemble the product This is a very minor addition to the product When the product is in the up position which is probably 95% of the time, it is not even visible. After [redacted] received the product he sent us a threatening email which included a picture of his Club Protector Elite with a hand written note on it regarding the fastener He was threatening to advertise this on his golf cart in order to publicly criticize our CO After receiving this email I went against our non return policy of custom made covers and offered him his money back but he would have to pay all shipping charges. As far as his desired settlement, I'm fine with exchanging his unit for an Original Club Protector for a TXT in beige I will gladly pay for the return shipping but he will pay for the shipping of the Original Club ProtectorBest Regards,Michael H***Club Protector Inc

Dear Revdex.com,I would like to start by saying Club Protector Inchas been in business since and this is the first time we've ever had the Revdex.com contacting us. I'm sorry that this is taking up your time and I do appreciate your cooperation.Doug Lunger did purchase a Club Protector Elite for $
plus shipping. The shipping cost was $21.00. For some reason, I'm not quite sure why but he received it at a much lower cost than he should've. He should've paid $plus shipping. That's the advertised cost on our website. He also ordered it in a custom striped fabric which is made to order and non returnable. I'm sure he was told this on the phone.During the several phone calls and emails with *** ***, I can tell he was upset so I agreed to exchange the unit completely for a brand new one. With all returns, there was supposed to be a note in the box telling why it's being returned. There was no note. I told *** *** on the phone that the scuff guard should align with the swing lock before locking the unit in place. This is done simply by holding it in place while retracting it into the housing. This takes little or no effort. Once its locked the scuff guard will not shift. After receiving the product back and seeing a hole in the fabric, I knew he was not locking it properly. After ordering the same custom striped fabric and making another new cover, we installed a stainless steel fastener to hold the scuff guard in place while it's being locked. This is one fastener of about a dozen that is required to assemble the product. This is a very minor addition to the product. When the product is in the up position which is probably 95% of the time, it is not even visible. After *** *** received the product he sent us a threatening email which included a picture of his Club Protector Elite with a hand written note on it regarding the fastener. He was threatening to advertise this on his golf cart in order to publicly criticize our CO. After receiving this email I went against our non return policy of custom made covers and offered him his money back but he would have to pay all shipping charges. As far as his desired settlement, I'm fine with exchanging his unit for an Original Club Protector for a TXT in beige. I will gladly pay for the return shipping but he will pay for the shipping of the Original Club Protector. Best Regards,Michael H***Club Protector Inc
