Used the online reservation to enroll my 8yro into one swim lessonI was emailed that the pool was closed and would I prefer to reschedule or get a refundI rescheduledAfter finding out a family friend received orders to go overseas, date unknown of deployment, he hosted a farewell dinner,conflicting with the lessonI tried to contact club kick start, calling the owner, and she said to email [redacted] and gave me her email over the phoneI sent two emails prior to the appointment, no response I determined that we should miss the appointment since the owner never said my money would not be returned when I called Not receiving any response, I called the owner again who told me I had the email wrong she gave me- the b is a vAfter explaining to her why I was trying to reach [redacted] to reschedule, she never told me I would not get money back Upon emailing [redacted] and ***, ***'s email was bouncing back, which was the one listed on the website [redacted] then gave me [redacted] 's phone
