Accept part of the Contract Cancellation. That night I looked over the Contract and read it and realized he was unethical and was not being honest when he told us about the Contract Cancellation. Me and my husband talked about it and decided the vehicle had safety issues and wondered if he even had it inspected before he put it out on the lot. On 5/26/15 I went to ask Sinin for my money back he got my Contract papers and turned the back part of the Contract Cancellation he circled the $250.00 for Contract Cancellation and circled the $175.00 for a restock fee. But that's when I told him how can you charge me if I never took possession of the vehicle.
