original invoice with our return policy initialed from the customer, we make
each customer aware of our policy at the time of purchase. [redacted] was fully aware of all her purchases at checkout. My employees said she kept going back and forth on what to buy or not to...

buy.
The merchandise was returned within the 15 days as it states on our return policy. I
am also enclosing a copy of the letter we received from [redacted] stating what she was returning. The letter only had an address nophone number for us to notify her. We were able to look up [redacted]'sname andfind a phone nµmber which a message was left asking her to callus. [redacted] never returned a call nordid she tryc lling the owner or post anything about the
situation on our facebook page. I have also
attached a copy of the refund receipt showing her
store credit and the letter sent to customer
explaining that sale itrms are all final and the regular
priced merchandise could be returned for store
credit only. We are a small boutique having been in
business for 17 years and we find that our return policy is fair andr asonable. This is the
first time we have ever had to deal with a Revdex.com complaint, so I'm not sure what steps come next. Please advise us if anything else is needed.
