We have spoken to the homeowner on several occasions to let her know that the mulching was done by a third party vendor and that the vendor was contactedUnfortunately, the vendor did not agree with the homeowner about the damages and declined to pay for replacement flowersThis complaint has nothing to do with our company or services rendered from usAll we did was try to facilitate the complaint and did not expect to have so many complaints filled against our company for trying to help a homeownerThe homeowner should take her grievances to the vendor themselves as they are the ones that did the work for the communityThe vendor, [redacted] can be reached at [redacted] I would respectfully ask that you take the matter to the company that you feel is responsible for the damage Thank you,Bob G [redacted] Owner

I asked that someone contact me personally, as this company refuses to do so to resolve any complaints. Unfortunately, the company also refuses to take any responsibility. They hired this landscaping company, and they also used my money to do so. Therefore, they should be the ones to handle the situation. As I have come to realize, this company does not like to put any work into resolving issues. I would love to receive a civil phone call as I have asked for many times
