I first heard about this when I read her review on our Facebook page on SundayDidn't know the details at that timeThe problem with her call is we only carry the parts she needed that does not have the safeties on themI explained to her why we don't carry those for all the different brands of
heaters as they are different and expensive to carry around on our vansDuring our conversation today she said she was going to also complain to the Revdex.comShe really didn't want to listen to anything I had to say or what my plumber had to sayAt the end of our conversation I told her that we would refund the $dispatch fee that we charged for coming out on SundayIt appears even after that she still complained to the Revdex.com

I am rejecting this response because: I gave the company time to respond when I called them twice on Monday and never received a call back until late Tuesday morningI am pleased with the outcome but don’t want to resolve the complaint until I have received my refund as my original payment has already cleared my accountI would also consider as an owner of a company not to ask your customers if you want them to install the wrong safety and be like the man in meridian who died and did I want that to happen to my family terrible customer service skills and after that he is correct I didn’t want to listen to anything he has to sayAgain I am happy for the refund but am still waiting for it in the mail
