Review: I sent in this phone as part of the Motorola Trade-Up program. I purchased a new Motorola phone - sent in my old Motorola phone for a $100 rebate. I sent it UPS with tracking - company acknowledged receipt - asked for more info via email - provided it - now I'm waiting. After the due date for my rebate past - contacted via email - received response. Said all information was received - needed another month for processing. The new due date past - contacted again via email. Got basically same response - all info received - need another month for processing. I waited an additional 2 weeks - nothing. Total wait so far - 14 weeks - with 12 of those weeks after acknowledging receipt of all information. They got my phone, I just want the rebate.Desired Settlement: I want my rebate.
