I have made over phone calls to this company since the first week of June in regards to a refund and all they say is that it is processing
In May I signed up for the Clover online app market to be able to accept payments online threw my websiteThey advertise day free trialI called to cancel the service less than hours laterThey said ok we will uninstall this app from your account and will not bill youOn 6/12/I was billed from this companySince then I have spoke with over representatives that keep saying your refund is pending and should be processed today or tomorrowIt's been almost days and my refund is still pending for services I never used

Im very upsetI had a payment for a job I completed as a licenced general contractorThe job was completed on XX-and it is now X-i have called times and still have no answers why the security department hasnt released my funds but charged me the monthly service chargeLong story short, my bank account was put in the negative because of my payment not being recieved but the monthly charge taken immediately The representatives didnt have any answers for me except to call againIm running out of patience and really need the money I worked for to be funded to meI would give negative stars for security department and negative for the phone representatives only because they actually answer the phone
