The telephone call to Cloud Painting before the winter of 2014 regarding the leak in the unit roof did not include any inference or intent to file an insurance claim; and, in any event, the call was not returned. About the other calls.  Each time a phone call was made it was identified as being relevant only to the stain.  These calls were not returned. [redacted]
