This company charges for "2-day shipping" implying that the product would be received in 2 days. I've waited so far 10 days and NOTHING!

The absolute worst online shopping experience and customer service in the industry. Charging customers for product you knowingly do ship and have no intentions of shipping that is definition of stealing which is CRIMINAL.
No one needs any article of clothing that badly to purchase from a company as unprofessional and unethical as Clothingmonster.
You should be truly ashamed of the way you conduct business!
It is an understatement to say that I am EXTREMELY disappointed in the quality of Clothing Monster's "3-d t-shirts." I paid over $100.00 for 4 t-shirts. I thought they were overpriced for t-shirts, but because the shirts looked so nice and had a 3-dimensional look online I paid the price. The online photos are extremely misleading. The actual t-shirts had no 3-d look at all and the screen printed quality was very poor. I contacted the company about their misleading website photos and poor quality. I just wanted better quality items as advertised online. They said all they would do is allow me to return the items at my expense. I had already paid too much for shipping and did not want to waste more time and money, so I just kept the shirts. But I will never order from them again. Their business is a complete lie and a sham. I don't know how they stay in business.

clothingmonster.com do not send my purchases for a very long time.
They told me, that some items is out of stock and no longer available for backorder.
They trust me to refund the my money.
This is a lie.
I have not received a refund or my parcel so far.
I want to return my money.

I ordered 3 t shirts on November . I received an email on November *** that the items had been shipped. Since then I have sent three emails because the items have not been delivered.

The package arrived this morning. My complaint is rescinded.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

I order 4 tee shirts from this company of December 7 and I am still waiting for one of the shirts that was to be Christmas present and today is December 31.
I ordered product and only received a portion of my order. I have had close to 20 emails with this company asking about the status of my order. They keep giving me the same recycled answers and no new information. My order was placed 11//18 it is now 12//18 and still no new info on where my item is. I asked the company to refund my order or give me credit towards another item and they ignore that request. They have been telling me since 12/*/18 that my item is clearing customs. That tracking info will update in a couple of days. Weeks have gone by and still no change.
