Clothes Clinic Laundry & Cleaning

On December 27, 2019, I went to pick up my department uniform from being dry-cleaned. I had previously dropped off 9 items. When I picked them up I noticed one of my shirts was missing. I contacted the business and then they said they would look for it. After about two weeks they contacted me telling that if I sent a copy of the receipt they would reimburse me for the missing uniform shirt. On January 14, 2020, I sent the receipt to the email address they told me to send it too. I was told I would get a call back regarding the repayment. I did not receive a call back from the corporate office until February 19, 2020, when a different employee contacted me. Between January 14-February 19, I called their corporate office 1-2 times a week and left my name and number asking for a call back. I never received a call back from them until the 19th and it was not from the supervisor I previously talked to. I told the worker I would like a call from the owner and never received one. I explained that I did everything they asked by sending the receipt and was told I would be reimbursed which has not happened. The communication has been terrible from the company as the supervisor has failed to respond to my calls.
