Review: This dry cleaner improperly cleaned my wedding dress, resulting in it shrinking several sizes. While the dress was in their possession, they lost it for over a month and also repaired a tear that we were not aware of prior to dropping it off with them.

The particular style of gown was purchased to wear again, which I now cannot. There are no managers at the locations, and the owners do no return phone calls.

Their website stipulates that they "understand the emotional value of wedding gown" and they have ruined mine and are getting by with it scott free.Desired Settlement: Refund for dress.
