I have taken my cars to Clossons Auto Center for a long timeI have been happy with there serviceI took my cay in 5-19-because it was leaking Steering FluidI was told it would be about an hourWe walked over to MeijersWhen we came back they told us they sent the wrong partThey wold get the right one from grand rapids, and have it done that dayso we went home to wait
They called me late in the day and told me that they had the wrong part againTold me they would would get it Monday, 5-22-He said it would be done on Tuesday the 23rdthey called around 2pm, and told me the car was readywe had a print out of the cost $When Joshua got there the bill was $I was never contacted to approve the higher costWe only found out when we went to pick up the carI talked to the girl she told me the price of the part was much higherI told her that that was not my problem, and that I did not approve the higher costWe needed the car so we paid the price, but I will contact the ownerI would like at least half my money backI think I am being fair$
