Closetbox Storage Columbus

I had a confirmed pickup scheduled for the 28th from 9-AMAt 12, no one had shown upI was not contacted with an update that Closetbox storage was running lateI made multiple attempts w/ their dispatch to get an E.T.A(they never gave me a time frame nor did anyone ever call me back) I called them no less than timesFinally at 6:30PM (and a half hours late) my ex-roommates let me know they had arrivedAt this point, I was mildly upset at the lack of communication and how late they were to the appointment but happy that my stuff would be taken care ofAt 5:The next morning I get am email saying that "my valuables were safe..." so I was relieved to know that all was taken care ofAround 8:AM I get a call from my neighbor saying that all my stuff was laying outside!!! Closetbox did NOT take anything and they dropped and shattered my George Forman grillMy card was still charged for the serviceWhen I called back to get my refund, they said they didn't take the stuff because it was contaminated by a rodent infestation.when I saked why didn't anyone contact me to tell me they couldn't take the stuff, or why they sent my a ail stating that my "Valuables were safe" they had nothing to say but he was sorry they dropped the ball"
I had to take the day off from both my jobs and miss school to find a u haul and a storage container, to move everything myselfI lost so much money taking the time off to do what I had already paid Closetbox storage to doUsing this company was more than a complete waste of timeI will never use this company again and hope that no one has to deal with a similar experience
