Review: I bought camera from this company in Febuary 2014 online.When I got it in the mail it was not what I ordered so I called them back and they told me just send it back and they would refund me back my money.They said it would took 30 days for the refund I said fine.Well 30 days came and gone and no refund so I called them again they said they tried to refund my checking account but it came up with an error of some kind which I dont understand if they can take the money from there why cant they put it back there.So now they said they would have to said me a check in the mail I said fine now they said it would take another 30 days.Well 30 days came and gone again and no check.So I called again now they say that the check came back to them.Do these people think that we are that dumb I havent moved so now I know they are lieing.Now they say they would have to send another check out again which would take 30 more days.Here it is July * 2014 and still no check.THE STRESS FROM THIS COMPANY IS WAY OVER WHAT PEOPLE WANT TO DEAL WITH.PLEASE HELP I just want my money back .Desired Settlement: want my money 799.99

Review: I placed an order with the company for a Canon 60d Dslr to be ship within the U.S. and it never arrived. I contacted them and they told me it was lost and they would send another from out of country this time. I waited weeks. In that time I stayed in contact with the company regarding my shipment. It never arrived, so I asked for a refund. I was told since it never arrived I would receive a full refund of shipping and the price of the camera. I was instructed it would take 14 business days. I waited the time given to me and I still received no refund. I called back to find out why no refund was issued. They told me they showed it was issued. I instructed them that no refund was posted in my account for the price of the camera but I did receive a refund for the shipping cost. They told me they would send a cashiers check in the mail and it would arrive within 3 business days. I placed my order back in April. On the site it states that refunds can take up to 30 business days and it has been well beyond that. They keep redirecting me to different ppl. I leave messages and receive no reply. The same with e-mails. They were very quick to take my money but when they needed to give it back they put me through this. All I would like is my money back.Desired Settlement: All I would like is the money that is owed to me to be credited back into the account they took it from.

Review: Over a month ago this company deducted $1979.00 from my bank account ostensibly for the purchase of a Canon 5D III camera. They have failed to deliver the product as promised (on or before ** Feb 2014) so I submitted a refund request. This was to have been completed in 5-7 working days. That did not happen. I have submitted several e-mails subsequent to that but have received no response and the refund request has not been honored. They continue to not respond to my communication.Desired Settlement: I simply want them to honor my refund request.

Review: I order a Canon T5i and accessories for 899.98 4-**-2014 on the phone from [redacted]. It took 18 days to get the camera. I did not like the lens, I sent it back on 4-**-2014 with a 15% 160.00 dollar cashiers check , restocking fee.

The cashiers check made out to [redacted], that cleared the credit union on 5-**-2014.I have a copy of the sign check from the credit union. I sent it back RMA to THE CAMERA SHOP [redacted] With signature confirmation receipt on 4-**-2014 I'm still waiting for my refund.Desired Settlement: Closeout digital, [redacted] should refund my credit card for 899.98

I would like the money that is owed me.

Review: I bought a Nikon D7100. When I say bought what I mean is that Closeout Digital took my money for my order but I have not actually touched this mythical devise. My order was placed on June [redacted] 2014 with a promise of ground shipment with a 12-15 day delivery. Well the 15 days has come and went and another 14 days will have gone by on Monday July the [redacted]. I have e-mailed requesting and never received any tracking information (and I get that it is difficult to give accurate information when you never ship the product), I have called many times and been put on permanent ignore, the phone messaging tree has a button to push for tracking information that starts the phone message over again, and the one time I spoke with an actual person I was told I would see my camera on July [redacted]. As far as I am concerned I have been robbed and am considering calling the police.

It is difficult to resolve disputes with companies that rarely answer their phones. Even the ordering process was horrible. I was told to call to verify my order and the agent tried to upsell me everything in the world and then asked me if I wanted a battery with my camera because it did not come with one. At that point I asked them not to proceed with the order because I wanted to research other camera options. By the next morning, my card had been charged.

Do not do business with this company.Desired Settlement: I would prefer a refund so that I can give my money and support to a company that I can trust. I still need to buy some lenses for the camera I have not received and they will not be ordered through Closeout Digital.
