To Whom It May Concern: On Saturday June 25th I had a call from Mr*** * *** he had a floodedbasement with sewer line back upI arrived at the scene, located clean out, rancutter through main line, my cable got stuck in the line within feet; I brought thecable back and changed
heads went back through and the sewer line hung up again,but I was able to clear the line and pulled my cable back which had tree rootsWhenI left Mr*** house, the sewer system was working greatI told the customerhe had a possible break in main sewer line and needed to have a camera sent downthe lineI spent a great time trying to explain to Mr*** the problem he had inthe sewer line and he did not seem to understand, but at the end he agreed and toldme to come back on MondayWe both talked about the price for the service call I didthat day and, also the price for the camera job that I would do the following Mondayincluding a 10% off for being a seniorMonday the 27th Mr*** called to cancelthe camera job so, I just charged him for the service job I did on Saturday and I gavehim 10% off.I'm an honest person/company and I have never taken advantage of anybody,especially seniors/elderly.Sincerely,Clog BustersShane A***
