Clockwise Clock Repair

Review: Merchant has been in possession of family heirloom since 2002. The item is an antique French Mantle clock. Merchant picked up clock in November 2002 and was supposed to have it returned in March 2003. Numerous requests for return of the antique have gone ignored. Merchant always as an excuse, either he is in ill health or he is nursing his boyfriend located down south. When ever I show up at the house he refuses to answer the door. The car is in the driveway and his dogs are barking, but he pretends to not be at home. Merchant is known to be slow in completing a job, but I think 12 years is long enough.Desired Settlement: I want my family's clock returned immediately
