after the first time the technician did not fix the lawnmower, I went to the business to explain to them that the problem was not fixed and also to return hydraulic fluid that the business had sold us and told us it was for our [redacted] when in reality it was for a farming tractorI did not raise my voice let alone make any vulgar comments to any employees within the businessWe explained the problem was not fixed and that they would have to send someone out again to look at it which the woman behind the counter agreed withThe technician only came to our house twice not times like the business is saying he didThe first time he complained that he did not have the right tools so he used oursThe second and last time that he came to our house he had a few more toolsWhile attempting to fix the machine the technician used expletives because he could not figure out the problem, he also continued to explain that it was [redacted] (his words) that Clinton Tractor would send him out again when the tractor should be transported to the business for repairsNo vulgar language ever came from usThe surveillance video the store has will show thatThe witness and also the homeowner was with me at the business and also at the house both times the technician was there
