In reference to the above subjected claim. All issues brought up by *** *** were addressed in the first response. His credit card information became invalid, and he did not provide us withnew information in a timely manner Then once he did provide the newinformation, the card was declined several times. We did telephone *** *** when the card first came up as declined Andresponded to all e-mails that he sent us Letters were also mailed to himat the address we had on file for him, which is different from the addresson all correspondence to the Revdex.com.All allegations that *** *** stated about us "trying to save money onour credit card fees" are false Our automatic pay is completely automated. If a card is declined it will keep trying until it either is approved or thesystem kicks it out for being lost or stolen. This incident is the only one we've had We do have procedures in place, unfortunately *** ***'s case was a "one of a kind", that when his newcard information was received, it then continously was declined by his bank.We have apologized to *** ***, and we have abided by his signedcontract, the only deviation we made was we did not charge him late feeswhen we could have We even suggested that he discontinue his automatic payoption, which he did.If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us

I am rejecting this response because a lot of is invalid.
Point #1: At some point I did change my card because it was lost or stolen. This did affect this account and the vendor had every right to inquire about issue. I thought that the fee for Clinton Ministorage was debited directly from my checking account but then realized that it was not. The card account was closed and that is why it was declined. I replaced the card and provided Clinton Ministorage the new info to continue auto-pay.
Point #2: After the initial problem, there was no reason why the card should have been declined after that point. Please have her submit documentation hat the various payments were declined on all the instances when I was billed bi-monthly, instead of every month. I will review and then I will provide a response.
Point #3: Most vendors would have just call or email their customers and tell them about the problem. She emailed me about the problem on one occasion that I mentioned previously when I lost my card. After this point, in response to a double billing I called her and spoke with Clinton mini-storage directly and asked her to stop billing me bi-monthly and the bi=monthly billing continued after that point.

Review: Clinton Mini-storage has been double billing me every other month instead of billing me my monthly fee every month. It makes a difference. The purpose of my email is just to be sure that Clinton is generally not doing this to many of their clients. .Desired Settlement: I want the company abide by the contracts signed regarding payment and otherwise they needed to be punished accordingly so that they do not continue to charge customers credit card in an unauthorized manner.

The allegation about Clinton Mini Storage charging his card every other
month to save money on credit card fees, is totally false. We get charged a

[redacted] set up for our auto pay program, where it automatically
takes the rent from a debit or credit card every month. Our automatic pay
is fully automated. [redacted]'s credit card information became invalid,

[redacted] told that the reason there were double charges was do to the
card on file continually being declined. And we sent him an email on March
5, 2014, asking him if he would like to be taken off the automatic payment
plan. We received his reply on March 30, 2014 asking us to remove him from
the automatic payment plan.
[redacted] has not been charged any late fees, even though the rent was
past due.
If [redacted]'s payments had not continously been declined, after he
provided us with new payment information he would have only been charged one
months payment at a time, but since it was continously declined he was
charged "double" payments when the card was approved.
If you have any question, please feel free to contact me.
Thank you for you assistance in this matter.
