Review: On 9/*/13 I had two Mul-T-Locks rekeyed. The Locksmith rekeyed the two locks and gave me the key wave code in hand writing instead of a Mul-T-Lock card with the code on it. They also stated that if I need to make a key just call the code in to them. I had him to reinstall the old lock they still charged me $95.00 for labor.I ended up getting a new locksmith to rekey the two locks which stated that a hand writen code is not legal and no locksmith would not make a key without the Mul-T-Lock card. I was not a pleased customer. I want a refund.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of $95.00 they deceived me sign in the window states lock smith for Mul-t-Lock
