the shop to make arrangements by paying the necessary fees(lien charges and storage fees) to get the vehicle released. This is not the first time this occurs with this customer as a similar issue happened last year. If consumer contacts the business directly a reasonable fee negotiation would be considered.

Resolved, got the truck back today and it looks great! I was credited back $125.00 for the painting of the tonneau cover. Thank you.
