I want to first Thank You for bringing this matter to my attention.I have done business in Louisville Kentucky for over years and this is the first time I have had to address a complaint with your office.The compliant by Ms [redacted] is unfounded and has no justification I entered into a oral contract for services with Ms [redacted] months ago to provide photographic services for $an hour After our first two hour session she was billed $for two hours of service and this bill was paid.She subsequently requested additional services and activities for which she has not paid She received ten additional hours of photographic editing services and has not paid the $which is due.Ms [redacted] has received all the digital images from all photo sessionsMs***’s complaint is that she did not receive two additional edited pictures she has requestedI will not provide any additional services to Ms [redacted] until I receive full payment of $ I have not sought legal remedy todate because we did not have a contract and I dealt with her in good faith.I am appalled that she would have the audacity to request a product for which she has not paid for.Please advise.Clinton Bennett Photography & Video Services

entered into a oral contract for services with Ms. [redacted] 6 months ago to provide photographic services for $45 an hour.  After our first two hour session she was billed $90 for two hours of service and this bill was paid.She subsequently requested additional services and activities for which she has not paid.  She received ten additional hours of photographic editing services and has not paid the $450.00 which is due.Ms. [redacted] has received all the digital images from all photo sessions. Ms. [redacted]’s complaint is that she did not receive two additional edited pictures she has requested. I will not provide any additional services to Ms. [redacted] until I receive full payment of $450.00.  I have not sought legal remedy todate because we did not have a contract and I dealt with her in good faith.I am appalled that she would have the audacity to request a product for which she has not paid for.Please advise.Clinton Bennett Photography & Video Services
