Revdex.com spoke with the business today and they have stated that they reviewed the details on the vehicle when it was initially inspected by their service department, and the roof was checked and there did not appear to be any issues The business has stated that they were unable to locate a used motor to replace, the correct amount of the purchase of a new unit is $425.00, but there are labor charges as well of about $ We did offer to send the vehicle directly to Ford and offered to pay for half of the cost to have the new motor installed and the labor as well The consumer refused this offer, but it does still stand This is not a warranty item under NYS Lemon Law, and the motor is still working, it is just running slow

If a potential customer is inquiring about a vehicle and requests to contact the previous owner, Victory's standard operating procedure is to contact the previous owner and ask if they would contact the potential customer. If the previous owner consents to discuss their "old" vehicle; we give them the potential customer's contact information
We purchased undercoating for $from Victory Chrysler Jeep in Rome NY when we purchased a GMC truck from them on 7-8-16. This was to cover any new rust. Now we have new rust and have been trying for the last four months and they will not honor the contract. And no, we
