Review: Since March, I have been paying bills rightly owed by my family, and due to billing errors, have on 2 separate occasions had those checks cashed and then refunds written back to me, only to be followed by a collections notice. At this point I have documented about 5 different contacts with Clinical Laboratory Partners' customer service and billing teams, and have a substantial file that recaps the initial bill, how the bill was split by their team into 2 billing #s (took 2 calls to discover that was the initial problem), how my payment was then, without authorization, applied to a different childs account from my family, how I was then refunded the difference in a check (rather than apply it to the childs account that it was intended to pay), how after several more contacts and assurance this was handled, I received another bill, how I paid that bill, how I then received a refund check for that bill back from the company (as an overpayment), and how I then received a collections notice (2nd time), in the same amount the company had just refunded, and for the same account! In addition, I have received upwards of half a dozen robotic calls, requesting payment. The number is likely much higher I stopped answering them. How do I get this company to stop harassing me?Desired Settlement: Please make CLinical Laboratory Partners stop harassing me. And please, Revdex.com, post this for other consumers to see, or let me know how else I can get this word out. I am writing their CEO.

Response:
Dear Sir or Madam:
Clinical Laboratory Partners has resolved the billing issue with Mr. [redacted]. Our Early Out Vendor, [redacted], had incorrectly combined the account numbers for both members of Mr. [redacted]'s family. This error is what caused the confusion and why Mr. [redacted] kept getting his payment refunded to him. [redacted], has spoken directly to the Mr. [redacted] and verbally apologized for the error.
Clinical Laboratory Partners adjusted off the balance remaining on his other account since he had tried to pay this balance.
Sincerely,
Consumer
