just a tech who wanted to get off early on a friday. veronica offered us no solutions.
do not do business here, any other company will come out and fix your ac.
pictures show the Jen-Aire door the tech broke off, now taped in place. the pipe in the other photo is not even close to cold, much less freezing.
I think we all know the tech who shows up for a couple min, then runs to van and leaves with a text saying "reschedule". super helpful when your AC goes out in Texas.
Great service and they explain everything that needs to be done
Absolutely the best A/C company that I have ever dealt with. They always are polite, on time and never have an issue with the work they perform. Have used them for the last 12 years and would highly recommend them.
By Far, The greatest Heating/AC company that we have ever dealt with! They get to you fast, they get it fixed fast, communication with them is amazing, they are very very honest and you are respected and appreciated as a customer! If they can do anything more than all of that, they will!!!
In my experience, 24 hour service is misrepresented on the business card I received. If the technician has to leave (so ice can be thawed, which they said takes about 3 hours), they will not come back same day. As a result, my wife and I have not had A/C for days. Finally, on our 3rd scheduled appointment day, due to severe weather alerts, we received text notice that they would have to reschedule... again. Now no one at their office will pick up the phone. It is as if everyone left to drive back home amid the heavy rain... an excuse not to work? I don’t want to make assumptions but no one will pick up the phone to verify otherwise. Storms have since passed (it’s 3:30pm). 24 hour service remains on the business card and no one is back at work or being flexible to accommodate getting our ac fixed. I recommend using another company. Ask your warranty company. If we band together, their business will suffer and hopefully their customer service will improve. Why bother them if they don’t want to work?
We truly apologize for the inconvenience. We always try to return same afternoon if not very next day when any unit is frozen. ( with except of holidays) Unfortunately, when the system is frozen, yes it can take hours to thaw out. When the tech left on the 1st visit, he set the t-stat to a specific setting to help system thaw out. When we returned on the 2nd trip, (which we anticipated to be fixed on this trip) the unit was frozen once again which therefore caused another delay. The tech Again set the thermostat back to a specific setting to allow unit to thaw out and again we advised the homeowner about the settings on the thermostat and to assure unit would be thawed out. Unfortunately, there was severe thunderstorms when the tech was actually in route to your home on the 3rd trip. This was the day tornadoes hit north texas so we had to make all the technicians stop and take shelter for their safety. Unfortunately, the power did go out at our office and therefore we had no phone or internet and we were unable to take calls at that time but, we did reach out via text to advise of the storms and the delay. We came out very next day and was happy to find the unit was thawed out and we were able to repair the issues. We do have 24 hr service but if you have a warranty company, unfortunately, warranty companies do not cover after hour service so an After Hour fee would apply. Once again, we apologize. We guarantee you, upon our second return to diagnose, if unit was not frozen again, we would of had it repaired that day and there would of been no more delays. We know how how it is in Texas and we try our very best to get everyone repaired as quickly as possible so everyone would be comfortable in their home. We would love to offer you a free one time maintenance on your hvac system for the inconvenience and the delay.
