CLIMATE EXPERTS A/C AND HEATING, INC

The owner/technician, [redacted] spend ten minutes checking the AC unit for repair and said that he can't really do anything for repair. Then he demanded $89.99 instantly. He had said on a phone conversation previously that the fee would go toward the repair. It was obvious that he did not want to do the repair and just make a quick buck ($89.99). When we refused and asked that he continues the job, [redacted] became irate and started yelling and cursing with explicit words including racial slurs. He then continues to demand payment by yelling from the top of his lungs and very explicit with vulgar words that could be heard throughtout the kitchen and the dining area. It was obvious that he just wanted the money and run. [redacted] was not only unprofessional, but outright verbally abusive and violent. He was scamming customers by demanding payment when no work was done. He left the establishment and yelled the threat, "You better not be working tonight, I'm going to mess you up." It was a verbal and physical threat. It was beyond unprofessional.

After he left, he went on our Facebook and wrote a racial-statement and threatened to report to anyone that would listen to him. He has continued to complain and bash the our business to anyone that would listen to him.
