Climate Control Systems, Incdoes not actually provide hour service as they claim in advertisements and on their website When I requested weekend service I was told the owner decides who gets service and what is an emergency, not the customer I explained the circumstance of having no AC and the house over degrees, but that did not change the owner's stance The owner also tries to justify the stubborn position by saying things like "open a window and turn on a fan" when the AC is out during and degree days In addition, after being promised service on Tuesday, the company never showed up on Tuesday, and did not answer the phone when called Once contact was finally made, the company said service wouldn't be available until Friday, leaving us with no AC for days
