In response to Mr***'s complaint.Our records show that we have not been out to the customers house since We were out times.On Sept 5, we went out and filter was very dirty, we taped up a return and found unit was overchargedWe did recommend replacement.There was nothing here that would of been covered by warrantyCustomer was charged $264.74On Sept 8, we went to customers house and everything checked out and found nothing wrongUnit blowing degree air from vent.Customer was charged $for the trip.On Sept 9, we went to customers house, cleaned indoor coil, added coolant, again found unit working properlyCustomer was billed $which our company "no charged" because we had been there times.There was nothing we did or fixed that would of been covered by warranty and customer was charged a total of $329.74.Mr [redacted] didn't mention what was found to be wrong but every time we were there unit checked out.I have received no complaints or calls from the customer until nowThank you, [redacted] ***, Owner/Member, Climate Control of KY, LLC

In response to Mr. [redacted]'s complaint.Our records show that we have not been out to the customers house since 2015. We were out 3 times.On Sept 5, 2015 we went out and filter was very dirty, we taped up a return and found unit was overcharged. We did recommend replacement.There was nothing here that...
would of been covered by warranty. Customer was charged $264.74On Sept 8, 2015 we went to customers house and everything checked out and found nothing wrong. Unit blowing 57 degree air from vent.Customer was charged $65.00 for the trip.On Sept 9, 2015 we went to customers house, cleaned indoor coil, added coolant, again found unit working properly. Customer was billed $190.00 which our company "no charged" because we had been there 3 times.There was nothing we did or fixed that would of been covered by warranty and customer was charged a total of $329.74.Mr. [redacted] didn't mention what was found to be wrong but every time we were there unit checked out.I have received no complaints or calls from the customer until now.
