Clifton Window & Door Corporation

Review: I contracted with this company in November, 2013 to replace a door and four windows in a townhouse owned by my mother's estate. I sent a deposit of $1,260 and the check was cashed. No work was ever done, and went my realtor went to visit them in person, they claimed that they never received the check or contract. After I provided proof that the check had been cashed, they said they would do the work, but that they were having trouble with their supplier so it would be a few more weeks. Now it is the end of April and no work has been done. The realtor has been to their office a few times, and no one it there. It also appears that their phone is disconnected. So we have no way to get in touch with them. I have the cell phone number of the salesperson, but he has not returned any phone calls since December, 013Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my deposit so that I can contract with someone else to do the work.
