Cliffside's One Hour Cleaners

Review: I brought a bunch of towels and sheets to be washed and folded. When I went and picked up my stuff a week later, I brought it home and realized that and entire set of sheets were missing. I immediately went back to the dry cleaners and told them. The man who runs the place rolled his eyes at me and begrudgingly called the laundromat where they send the clothes out to be washed. He then hung up then phone but didn't say anything to me and just walked away to help a coworker. I asked if he was going to help me and let me know what was going on and he slowly walks back over and says that they are going to look for them, but they are probably just gone. I asked if that's how they usually deal with their customers when they lose things, and he laughed at me. He then walked away again. I asked, again, how we could handle this and he just repeated that they are just gone. He was very rude and was rolling his eyes the whole time. I then had my friend call to see if she could get a better response and he told her that she was wasting his time. I then went on [redacted] to leave a review and found a long list of complaints about how rude this man is and how terrible the service is. These were expensive DKNY sheets - a full set - and I don't think I should have to settle for them being "just gone." This place is clearly very badly run and they treat their customers terribly.Desired Settlement: I would like my sheets back, and an honest effort to try and find them. Since I doubt that will happen, I would like for a refund of $50 to purchase a new set of sheets. The original price of these sheets was over $150.
