Review: They claimed the hardwood floor they installed would not damage easily and is easy to repair. The flooring damages easily and refuses to come and repair the floor, despite the fact that I am willing to pay for repair. I have made at least a dozen calls. Review: I ordered the hardwood floors from them and paid full payment in cash to them and still after 2 months they haven't delivered my floors.

They keep saying it will be delivered next day but never deliver. They keep lying and are not ready to refund my money or to deliver the product,.

They don't respond to my calls anymore and are just sitting with my money and no delivery.Desired Settlement: I need the floors this week since my house in under renovation and I have to live in a hotel because the work cannot get completed unless they deliver the floor. its costing me 170$ a day in hotel. They should deliver or pay for my hotel accommodation for every day that they have delayed the delivery or just refund my money so that I can buy from somewhere else.
