Review: on jan **, 2015 . My car nissan murano need to be repair . They told me the car needed to change left and right side tie rod and links for $1,200. They change the links on both sides in which didn't needed to be done. On the LEFT side, the tie rod was not replace at all and it was the same original part. When it came to inner tie rod and outer tie rod on the RIGHT side which it was bend. instead of replacing with new parts. They decided to bend the back original the parts and install it back on the car. This put my safety in jeopardy. I went to nissan the next day. They confirm the damage parts I had in my car was not change. I also have photos of the part confirming nissan statement and invoice of the situation. I had nissan replace the damage parts.Desired Settlement: I want them to refund me the money they charge me for not doing the correct job and completely.

Review: They rise the car without telling you theee will be a charge later they charge a huge amount of money for a simple chage of a part if you decide no to do the business, they want to charge for rise the car without previously said that there will be a charge just for rise the car its ridiculous. Is understandable to charge as long as they previously tell you abou it and you agree but if they don't said anything and at the end they want to charge you for it just because is so expensive and ridiculous what they want to chargeDesired Settlement: Refund and remuneration for time spend
