Review: 4 years ago we had our garage & driveway concrete all redone. The first year no water came into our basement. After that each year water came in more and more We just had another company come out and look at the cement on the side of our house and said it is all slanted toward the house and it was not laid down properly underneath the cement first. Now we need to redo it all this spring.Desired Settlement: If anything we want the Revdex.com to know about this contractor. It would be nice to get some compensation for the work that needs to be redone. We do not want this contractor to be involved.

Response:
The reason for the driveway is pitching towards the house right now is because of all the frosting the ground . The frost has the ground heaved up about 4 inches which is holding center his driveway up and it's not getting lifted up by the foundation by the time the frost comes out of the ground the drive we will be back down the level and water will be running away from the house The customer contacted me and I tried to explain that to them but we agreed that I would tear out the half of the driveway and replace it in spring after the frost is out. Now he is complaining to you. There is no company on the planet that will do warranty work on four-year-old concrete. Yet I agreed tear out half of his driveway and replace it for free .
