Review: I, my spouse and a friend stayed in Room 24 on the nights of Sept 20-21st, 2014. The day after we checked out when I went to bed I found a bug in my bed which at the time I did not know what a bed bug was as I had never encountered such a thing, nor had any type of bug been present at my bed at home. At the time I didn't think much of it until I got a message from my guest who stayed with us in the room at the time, that he had woke up with bed bug bites on many parts of his body. The next day I woke up with bites as well but partly thought I was imagining the bites but after several days and spotting more bugs I realized the truth is that I transported these creatures in my luggage where they hid in my clothing. I discovered a bed bug in a t-shirt that I had never worn before that was purchased during my stay at the hotel. Realizing this, I washed all the clothes I took with me along with all the bed linens thinking that would fix the problem. I also debated if I should contact the hotel as I had already made a complaint about poor customer service and didn't think that I would be believed or that I had made this up to try to get an additional refund of my payment but low and behold last night was the final straw in what has become a nightmare for me. While laying in bed no less than 7 bed bugs of varying sizes came crawling out of my pillow case which was one of the things I had failed to wash in my initial linen wash. I hadn't thought of that at the time. I could not sleep on my own bed and it dawned on me that these bed bugs had infested and multiplied and that they only came out at night which is why I never actually spotted them before. The times I spotted them the lights were out and I was reading with my iPad and the light from that device allowed me to see the creepy crawlers. Anyway, now I have to have a professional exterminator come and extinguish the pests.Desired Settlement: I would like a complete refund of my entire stay totaling $342.40
