After some investigation in reference to your letter dated 5/27/2016, we have not been able to find the customer listed in your letterThis could be due to the fact that the customer did not register themselves as having stayed on the propertyOur policy is that we want all guests who wish to stay be registeredIf a customer does not register and we find them staying on the property, they are defrauding an innkeeper by falsifying information when they check inAt this point in time,we are unable to continue with the complaintHowever, if the customer can provide a original copy of the registration receipt, date of incident and any other pertinent information related to this complaint, we will be more than happy to look into this Please feel free to contact us either via email or mail [redacted] Manager
