Click Solutions Inc customer service department is available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week by phone, email and chat. We have no record of Mr. reaching out to us to resolve the matter. Since receiving this complaint, we have identified Mr. account and refunded his transaction in full. His subscription was fully credited back and cancelled so there will be no further charges.
