Deposit on a rental property
I was told to put the deposit down on a rental property when I filled the application out I was approved for the property but decided not to take itI was then told by ** that the deposit is non-refundable but, nowhere in his ad did it say non-refundable deposit In talking with him he said that he had to take the property off of the market which it wasn't because, his ad still remained online as well as the for rent sign in the yardI understand him keeping $** of the deposit for the application fee but, I feel like I should be refunded the $*** because, we never signed an agreement

Contacted [redacted] regarding delivery and she has not responded. Below is the email from one [redacted] regarding final payment when I shipped the Ipod to them.
