Dear Revdex.com, I have dealt with the problem on our end having to do with complaint given 9-19-2017, with ID# [redacted] I shipped the replacement piece that wasn't functioning with FedEx, tracking# [redacted] and Ms [redacted] received it yesterday I called her moments ago to check if she was satisfied She said the clock was functional and sounded extremely unhappy I emailed Ms [redacted] yesterday to let her know that I had indeed shipped her clock and she did not replyI will review our emails and upon determining her outgoing expenditures her replace those as well via company check Kind thanks for your consideration, [redacted] ***, Cleverclocksusa Sent from my iPad

I purchased a clock at the Bellevue Arts and Craft Fair on July 28th, clock worked for 2 days, then stopped. Tried replacing the batteries, clock still did not work . Contacted the company by email, I was told to send the clock to them. (I had to pay shipping and insurance) It was received by them on August 18, 2017. I have emailed them 2 more times since then asking for an update on the status of my clock. I have had NO response-NOTHING. They tell you this clock has a 5 year warranty. I call BS on that. The clock did not even work for 5 days and the company has had a month to respond to me. I have learned my lesson. DO NOT PURCHASE SOMETHING FROM THIS COMPANY.....
