I have checked with all drivers and reviewed all log sheets from Feb20, There was only one driver on duty this dayHe does remember receiving a call from you and advised you he was just too busy to get you to the bus station at the time you called In the meantime he had a cancellation and called you back to let you know he was availableHe said you told him you no longer needed a ride and hung up on himI do not have any drivers that go without bathing, I do not have any drivers that are rude nor is this something I would allow to happenOur vehicles are by no means the newest or nicest but they are far from unsanitary and cleaned on a regular basisAll my drivers will provide a receipt upon request.It is unfortunate that you and your friend had a bad experienceI would like to offer you a free local ride so you can see this is not how Cleveland Johnson Cab Service does business.Please call me personally at [redacted] and I will arrange the transportation at no charge[redacted] , Owner
